Stainless Steel Chef's Mandolin - The worlds best Mandolin
Easy to use and clean this chef's quality mandolin makes vegetable slicing a snap. Produces perfect slices in either straight or waffle cuts and julienne cuts in 1/8 " , 3/16 " , 3/8 " sizes. Fully adjustable slicing blade and plate easily sets the thickness of the slice from ginsu thin up to 1/4". Dishwasher safe 18/10 stainless steel construction. This mandolin is improved over the Bron™ brand as the pusher assembly is free floating and can accept any size vegetable and the blades can be sharpened & adjusted.
The adjustable plate (1) easily sets the thickness of the slice using knob (6) on the bottom of the mandolin. The reversible straight / waffle cut blade (2) slides into the adjustment slot in fixed plate (3). The Julienne blades (4) slide into the holder (5). The foot (8) folds for compact storage.
The optional pusher protects
your fingers and has a spiked plate to hold vegetables and a guide to
prevent contact with the blades.

All Matfer mandolin blades are extremely sharp and the mandoline should be kept out of reach of children. Mandoline blades can be sharpened using appropriate tools. We sell replacement blades and suggest you buy spare blades to use while your favorite blades are being sharpened.
