Chef's Mandoline 2000

Easy to use and clean Chef's Mandoline 2000's high carbon stainless steel blades make slicing easy. Produces perfect slices in either straight or waffle cuts and julienne cuts in 1/8 " , 3/16 " , 3/8 " sizes. Fiberglass composite non-porous frame and pusher.

The adjustable stainless steel guide plate easily sets the thickness of the slice from ginsu thin up to 1/4". The reversible straight / waffle cut blade rotates for crinkle and waffle cuts. The Julienne blades slide into the side of the frame. The stand folds for compact storage or use directly over a bowl. The pusher protects your fingers and has a spiked plate to hold vegetables firmly and a guide to prevent contact with the blades.

All Matfer mandolin blades are extremely sharp and the mandoline should be kept out of reach of children.
