Chef's Portable Mandolin

Easy to use and clean Chef's Portable Mandolin high carbon stainless steel blades make slicing easy. Produces perfect slices in either straight or waffle cuts and 1/8" julienne cuts. Special notched frame fits over kitchen bowls and tubs. Compact design for portability. All parts including all blades and pusher store on the mandoline for convenience. Solid break and chip-resistant Hostalen PP® frame and pusher are dishwasher safe.

The adjustable guide plate easily sets the thickness of the slice from ginsu thin up to 1/4". Separate blades for straight & waffle cuts. The removable Julienne blades slide into the bottom of the frame. The pusher protects your fingers and has a spiked plate to hold vegetables firmly and a guide to prevent contact with the blades. The compact size is perfect for small kitchens and allows you to create finely sliced vegetables quicker than your favorite TV chef.

All Matfer mandolin blades are extremely sharp and the mandoline should be kept out of reach of children.
