PASTRY DECORATING COMBS

To decorate Joconde biscuits and other sponge cakes. Combs are made out of flexible plastic and mounted to a sturdy break and chip-resistant polyethylene frame. Each comb is reversible and have different patterns on each side. Two different lengths are available, 13 3/8 inches and 27". The pastry comb teeth are 3/32 inch / 2 mm high and the Charlotte comb teeth are 1/2 inch / 10 mm high.
