How to choose pans

	QUATTREX NONSTICK SYSTEM Four layers for the most durable nonstick surface.
	Look first prepares the surface of forged aluminum pan forming a durable base for the nonstick surface. Next Look electrochemically hardens (anodizes) the surface of forged aluminum pan making it four times stronger then stainless steel and chemically very stable. This surface is not just hard, it has billions of microscopic holes that the nonstick base coat settles into protecting it from wear. The first layer of nonstick coating is not just sprayed on but chemically bonded into the anodized surface so they become one solid coating. A second layer of nonstick is applied and chemically bonded to the first layer. They become one solid super-slippery nonstick coating that is durable and resists damage by metal utensils better then other non-sticks. If you use sharp metal utensils you may scratch or damage the surface coat however the base coat will still provide a nonstick surface.
