How to choose pans

Pyrex™ Lids

Quality Pyrex see through lids with 500 degree F phenolic handles and adjustable steam vent.
These quality break and chip-resistant lids can be used as replacement lids for most pots & pans.
The phenolic handle has an adjustable steam vent and the knob is double insulated to stay cool.
Lids have stainless steel rim to protect edge.

CAUTION:
Phenolic handles can be used in the oven up to 500 degrees when baking, however not when broiling.
Phenolic handles stay cool when used on cooktop, however you must use a hot pad in ovens.
