Arc International produces products in many countries around the world. Village Kitchen sells items manufactured in the United States and that are imported from France. We label each item individually since some patterns are made in both countries. Usually you can also identify the origin by the item number. Numbers ending in D are made in the United States. Numbers ending in F are made in France. Numbers ending in B are exclusive to our importer and manufactured in France.

Glass products are a heavy industry and take months of lead time. (You guessed it, this is the disclaimer.)
Although we try and anticipate our quarterly sales and we get weekly truckloads directly from the manufacturer sometimes we run out. If we run out it might take up to three weeks to fill your order. If the manufacturers warehouse runs out usually they are able to get us more in two to 6 weeks. Sometimes despite everyone's best efforts delays can be much longer, especially since national security has increased on imported items.
